Research and Surveys
Activities of WIJ can be divided into the four following categories:


(1) Conduct research and surveys for the conservation of wetlands and their biodiversity

(2) Raise awareness on the importance of wetlands

(3) Support the efforts of individuals and organisations working towards the conservation of wetlands in Japan and abroad

(4) Disseminate information and support wetland-related efforts as a representative organisation and member of the National Ramsar Committee
